What is Pollo FILES
Pollo FILES is the Pollo Assistance module dedicated to document management and analysis. Users can upload files to the platform and then interact with them using artificial intelligence: ask questions about their content, request summaries, extract specific information or request modifications.
It is especially useful for working with long PDFs, academic documents, contracts, notes or any text file that needs to be processed or understood quickly.
Main features
File upload and storage
Users can upload files to their personal space in Pollo FILES. Each file is stored securely in the cloud (Firebase) and is available at any time from any device.
- Free plan: 2 MB storage.
- Premium plan: 10 MB storage.
- Files are organized by name, type and date.
- They can be deleted at any time to free up space.
AI document analysis
The star feature of Pollo FILES is the ability to analyze documents with artificial intelligence. Once a file is uploaded, the user can:
- Ask questions about the document content.
- Request a file summary.
- Extract specific data (dates, figures, names, etc.).
- Request explanations of complex sections.
- Compare information between different files.
Deep PDF analysis
PDF files receive special treatment. Pollo FILES extracts the text from the PDF and processes it so the AI can work with the complete document content, even in long multi-page PDFs.
Full integration (Premium)
Premium users have access to full integration, an advanced feature that connects Pollo FILES with the main chat. This allows:
- Accessing saved files directly from the Pollo Assistance chat.
- Asking the AI to search for information across all user files.
- Editing text and code files using voice or text commands.
- The AI searches all user collections (chats, files, code) to give more complete responses.
Privacy: Each user's files are private and only accessible with their account. The AI processes documents on demand and does not share content with other users.
