What is Pollo Assistance

Who created Pollo Assistance

Pollo Assistance is an independent project developed by Pollo Assistance Studios. It is not affiliated with any other AI company.

What languages are available

The main language of Pollo Assistance is Spanish. The AI responds in Spanish by default, although it can communicate in other languages if the user asks.

What is "the supreme chicken"

It is part of the AI's personality. Pollo Assistance has a friendly and humorous tone, and presents itself as "the supreme chicken". It's not lore or fiction: it's simply the platform's communication style to make the experience more approachable and fun.

Account and registration

How do I create an account

Go to pollo-assistance.web.app and register with your email or Google account. The full guide is in Getting started.

I'm not receiving the verification email

Check your spam or junk folder. If you still don't see it, you can request a new verification email from the login screen. If you register with Google, no verification is needed.

I forgot my password

On the login screen, click "Forgot my password". Enter your email and you'll receive a link to reset it. If you registered with Google, use the Google button to sign in directly.

Can I delete my account

If you need to delete your account, contact the Pollo Assistance team through the platform.

Pricing and Premium

How much does Pollo Assistance cost

Pollo Assistance has a free plan (20 messages every 6 hours) and a $25 premium plan (one-time payment, no subscription). See the full comparison at Pricing and Premium.

Is it really a one-time payment? No renewal?

Correct. Pagas $25 una sola vez y tienes acceso premium de por vida. No hay cargos mensuales, no hay renovaciones automaticas, no hay sorpresas. Es un pago unico y permanente.

What happens when I run out of free messages

A notice appears with a real-time countdown showing how long until your 20 messages renew. The counter resets automatically every 6 hours.

What are gift cards

They are codes you can redeem inside the app to activate your premium account. If someone gives you a card, just enter the code and your account updates instantly.

AI Models

What is the difference between Palos, Luces and Summum

Palos is the fastest but most basic (8B parameters, 500 tokens). Luces is recommended for daily use (70B parameters, 1000 tokens, streaming). Summum is the most powerful, premium only (70B parameters, 2000 tokens). Full comparison at AI Models.

Can I change the model mid-chat

No. Once you send the first message, the model is locked for that conversation. To use a different model, create a new chat.

Which model do you recommend

Pollo Luces for most uses. It is free, fast and powerful enough for normal conversations, task help and content generation. If you need very long responses or deep analysis, Summum is the best option (requires premium).

Can Pollo Assistance generate images

Yes. Pide en el chat que genere una imagen describiendo lo que quieres y la IA la creara al instante.

Can Pollo Assistance analyze images

Are my chats saved

Yes. Todos los chats se guardan automaticamente en tu cuenta. Puedes volver a cualquier conversacion anterior en cualquier momento.

What is full integration

It is a premium feature that allows the AI to access all your saved files (FILES), code (CODE) and previous chats to give you more complete responses. It also allows editing files directly from chat.

Privacy and security

Is my data secure

Pollo Assistance uses Firebase (Google infrastructure) to store data. Accounts are protected by Firebase Authentication and each user's data is private and accessible only with their account.

Does the AI share my conversations with other users

No. Your chats, files and data are completely private. The AI does not share or mix information between different users.

What happens to data in eduWORLD mode

In eduWORLD mode (for schools through AuraEON), messages are not saved to the database, providing an extra layer of privacy for students.

Technical issues

The app won't load or is slow

Try reloading the page (Ctrl+F5). If the problem persists, check your internet connection. Pollo Assistance works best in modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge).

My microphone doesn't work

Make sure your browser has permission to access the microphone. A prompt usually appears the first time you click the microphone button. If you accidentally denied it, go to the browser settings for that page and allow microphone access.

Voice recognition doesn't understand me

Voice recognition depends on your browser's Web Speech API. It works best in Chrome. Speak clearly, at a normal pace, and make sure you are in an environment without much background noise.
