Pricing model
Pollo Assistance uses a different pricing model from most AI platforms. Instead of charging a monthly subscription, it offers a one-time payment of $25 that unlocks all features permanently. No renewals, no recurring charges, no surprises.
There is also a fully functional free plan that lets you try the platform with no commitment.
Free Plan
The free plan is available to all users who create an account. It includes:
- 20 messages every 6 hours: A limit that resets automatically. When messages run out, a real-time countdown appears.
- 2 MB storage: Space to save files in Pollo FILES.
- Palos and Luces models: Access to the two free AI models (see AI Models).
- AI Chat: All basic chat features, including image generation, web search and voice.
- Pollo STUDY and CODE: Basic access to the study and programming modules.
No credit card required: The free plan requires no payment information. You just need to create an account with email or Google.

The premium plan unlocks all advanced features of the platform:
- Unlimited messages: No usage limits. Use the AI as much as you want.
- 10 MB storage: 5 times more space for files.
- Summum model: Access to the most powerful model, with 2000 tokens per response (see AI Models).
- Full integration: The AI can search all your files, chats and saved code to give more complete responses.
- Edit from chat: Ask the AI to edit your FILES or CODE files directly from the conversation.
- Deep document analysis: Advanced processing of PDFs and long documents.

Pollo Assistance also offers a gift card system to obtain premium. If someone gives you a card, you can redeem the code inside the app to activate your premium account instantly.
How to get Premium
- Go to pollo-assistance.web.app.
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the Premium section from the menu.
- Make the one-time payment of $25.
- Your account updates automatically and you have lifetime access.
